S&H Machine, Inc., recognized By Eaton As A Premier Supplier Award Winner!

CLEVELAND … Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corporation honored 38 premier suppliers last month as part of the company’s supplier recognition program.  This is the fourth year that Eaton has recognized a select group of its global suppliers with this prestigious award.

Among the award winners was S&H Machine, Inc., who received recognition from Eaton in the Machined Parts supplier category for Eaton’s Aerospace business in the Los Angeles area.  “Our innovative technologies help customers manage power more efficiently, effectively and safely,” said Craig Reed, senior vice president – Supply Chain Management. “Top-notch suppliers, like those recognized through this awards program, help us ensure we are meeting our commitments to our customers.”

The award winners fall within one of three supplier categories: Direct, Indirect or Logistics. Direct Materials suppliers are those which provide goods used directly in the making of products (i.e., bearings, gaskets, seals, castings); Indirect Materials and Services suppliers provide goods used to make products or support the business (i.e., cutting fluid, maintenance repair, office supplies) and Logistics suppliers handle the transportation of goods inbound from the supplier and outbound to customers, as well as indirect package transportation.
