Certified Supplier Status
S&H Machine, Inc. is a dock-to-stock certified supplier for our primary customers, shipping parts without any inspection by their inspection departments. To achieve this status, we must maintain a quality rating of 98% or better.

Inspection Equipment
S&H Machine, Inc. has over 400 gages we utilize to inspect the parts we produce. Our calibration system complies to ANSI/NCSL Z540-1-1994, MIL-STD-45662 and ISO-10012-1, and all inspection equipment is traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Gage calibration is controlled by a custom database notifying us when gages are due for calibration. All company-owned and employee-owned gages are calibrated by an independent lab. We utilize a Mitutoyo BH305 Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) with GeoMeasure 3000 Software for accurate measurement of our parts.

Net-Inspect Quality System
S&H Machine, Inc. uses the Net-Inspect quality system for data collection and Statistical Process Control (SPC).  Net-Inspect is a revolutionary Quality Assurance System that drives process improvement in our company.  It takes advantage of the power and flexibility of the Internet to improve, both productivity and communication within our company, as well as communication between our company and our customers and suppliers.  Net-Inspect is a web based, quality manufacturing system, which provides “Real–Time” solutions to achieve zero defects.  Net-Inspect is a tool for recording, tracking and improving our manufacturing process.  We have installed computers on the shop floor to record inspection data using wireless transmitters attached to our gages.  The system eliminates the need for source and receiving inspection, and is driving us to a manufacturing system with zero defects. Employee Training
All employees of S&H Machine receive extensive training, both on and off site, in topics such as CNC Machining, inspection, programming, safety, and more. Employee training is the key to our continued success.
